The Right Cavity Design of PE stone jaw crusher
How to improve the capacity? The cavity is the heart and only purpose of the stone jaw crushers. The right feed opening width to depth ratio ensures minimum blockage and eliminates unnecessary height from the crusher. The tooth profiles as well as the thickness of the jaws are optimized and combined with the right manganese steel alloys to maximize throughput and minimize operating costs.
Little Dust and Low Noise Levels
Equipped with dust-cleaning apparatus water tank, in order to reduce the noise, damping layer is filled in the interlayer between the upper body and the lower body. All these combines to create a safer and cleaner working environment.
